Why am I no longer able to see my newspaper?

No worries, your newspaper hasn't disappeared! 😊

There are a few possible explanations:

It’s the beginning of the month, like the 1st or 2nd.

Once the creation deadline has passed, your newspaper goes into the generation phase — meaning it's turned into a PDF to be sent to print. Since thousands of newspapers are processed at once, it might take a day or two before your newspaper shows up again in the “newspaper” tab. Don't worry, it’s on its way!

You’re logged in with a different email address.

Your Tribu accounts are tied to your email address. If you log in with a different one, we can’t link it to your existing Tribu(s).

This often happens if you switch your login method — maybe you usually log in with Facebook, but this time you used Google or Apple. If the email addresses don’t match, a new Tribu account is created.

👉 To check which email you’re logged in with:

Go to Menu > My info

On mobile, tap the little character icon

👉 If it’s not the same email you use to receive Tribu messages... just log back in with the right one!

You might be in the wrong Tribu.

If you’re part of several Tribus, the newspaper you created might be in a different one.

Just click Menu and switch to the right Tribu.

In any case, nothing is lost. We can still retrieve an old newspaper and send it to you as a PDF. However, it is no longer possible to modify it.
