How do I submit my album to be printed?

Our system works on a monthly basis. Tribu subscribers have until the last day of the month at 11:59 (Central European Time) to edit the album.

At that point, your album is submitted to be printed automatically!

Therefore, finish your album by the last day of the month and it will be saved and submitted automatically.

You forgot your password?

No worries, just click on "Forgot your password" under the login screen.

On the next screen, we 'll ask you to enter your email

You will receive an email a few minutes later to reset your password.

⚠ for security reasons, this mail has a limited life span of 1h. If more than 1 hour passes between the moment the email is sent and the moment you try to reset your password, it will not work. But you just have to repeat the procedure … without waiting 1 hour.

You did not receive the password reset email?

This may be due to several reasons:

You did not fill in the right email address. Look for "Tribu news" in your inbox. If you don't find any emails, there is a good chance that you are registered with another email address.
The reset email is in your junk mail. Take a look!
The email may take a few minutes to arrive, up to 10 minutes.

I didn't receive my album

You took the time to make a beautiful Tribu album but it hasn't arrived yet. Was there a problem somewhere?

The first thing to do is to go to the menu and click on "Archives", to check the status of your album.

What is the status of your album?

To find out what the status of your album is, I invite you to read the article "What is the status of my album" by clicking here

If your status is "in the process of being generated": if you have not received your album in pdf or if you cannot download it, check that it is not the 1st of the month. Indeed, the generation can take 1-2 days. If not, contact us as it is probably a technical error.
Not subscribed: your album was not sent because you were not a subscriber when the album was sent. However, we can retrieve it, just contact us.
In progress: if it is the 10th of the month, please wait a few more days. If on the 15th of the month you still haven't heard from your album, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can sort it out.
Delivered: if you have not received your album on the 15th of the month, there is a problem somewhere. Please contact us so that we can find a solution.

That the name and address of the recipient are correct (menu > shipping information)
That the recipient has not mistaken his first Tribu for advertising. It comes in a wh

Can the album be delivered to several addresses?

Absolutely! You can decide to send one or several versions of your Tribu album.

To add an additional album, you need to "add a reader". (Please visit menu > add a reader)

In terms of cost, each additional reader is the cost of an additional subscription.

Question 5

How many pictures can I add to my album?

Accepted Answer

Your Tribu album can hold up to 14 fully customizable pages.

The number of pictures per page will depend on your selected layout.

One page can contain between 1 and 20 photos (or zero if you only add text). Your album can contain a maximum of 280 pictures.
