How to create a one shot Tribu newspaper ?

Want to create an extra newspaper for a special occasion?

You already make a newspaper each month with your Tribu, but this time you’d like to create an extra one — for a birthday, a trip, or another special event? 🎉
Here’s how to do it.

What should you ask yourself first?

Ask yourself these two questions:
Will the members contributing to this extra newspaper be the same as your current Tribu?
Do you want this newspaper to appear in your Recap Album?

👉 If you answered yes to both questions, you can simply create an extra newspaper in your current Tribu.
👉 If you answered no to at least one, it's better to create a new Tribu.

Creating an extra journal in your current Tribu

Tribu wasn’t originally designed for “one-off” newspaper, but our main goal is to make you happy 💛
Here’s how to go about it:

Upload your photos and complete the journal as usual
When it’s ready, just send us a message via chat or email (info@mytribunews.com) to request printing

🛠 What happens next:
Your journal will be archived, and a new one will open up automatically for the month
We’ll deduct one month from your subscription
The journal will be printed on our next print date — the 1st of the following month, or mid-month if needed

ℹ️ Tip: Want to give this journal a different name?
The title displayed on the journal is based on your Tribu name at the time it’s archived (PDF created).
Just rename your Tribu before asking for print, and rename it back after 😉

You can also create a brand new Tribu for this one-time project 📸

Pick a subscription
Choose a 1-month subscription in the format you want (Mini, Classic, or Premium).
You can disable auto-renewal after that 😉

Upload your photos and fill the journal
You know how this part works 😉

Your journal will be printed on the 1st of the following month
💡 If you’re early in the month, you can ask us to print it sooner — we usually have a small extra print run mid-month.
