How to change my subscription type ?
💡 These instructions depend on the type of subscription you have.
I have a "Year Album" subscription
You cannot change your subscription type on your own. Contact us if you wish to do so.
I have a "Family Journal" subscription (Mini, Classic, or Premium), printed monthly
Once subscribed, it is possible to switch:
- From Mini to Classic
- From Classic to Premium
- From Mini to Premium
Go to Menu > Subscription and select "Adjust Subscription" ⚙️
I don’t have a subscription (yet)
As long as you are not subscribed, you can change the type of journal (and therefore the subscription type) whenever you want.
📱 On mobile: go to Menu (👤 tab) > Change journal type
🖥️ On desktop: click the button at the top left:
