📌 Which pages can you add?

For printed journals (Mini, Classic, Premium): you can add 4 or 8 extra pages (no more, no less).
For digital journals: you can add pages one by one, up to 8 pages max.

💶 Is there a cost?

Digital: ✅ Free
Printed: 💸 Paid, depending on your subscription:

We print on large A3 sheets, which we fold in half to get the final A4 format.
Each A3 sheet is double-sided, so you get 4 A4 pages per sheet.

👉 That’s why you can only add 4 or 8 pages at a time – it corresponds to 1 or 2 extra A3 sheets in your printed journal.

📌 This limitation doesn’t apply to digital journals – where adding pages is more flexible (page by page, up to 8 max).

How do I submit my newspaper to be printed?

Our system works on a monthly basis.

Everyone in your Tribu has until the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (Central European Time) to edit the newspaper.

After that, your newspaper is automatically sent to print! 🖨️✅

So just make sure to finish your newspaper by the end of the month — it’ll be saved and submitted automatically 🎉

## How many photos can you add to a Tribu journal?

The number of photos in your journal depends on the type of journal you choose… and the layout you go for.

Each month, your journal can include:

With a Mini or Classic: up to 14 fully customisable pages 🖍️
With a Premium: up to 20 fully customisable pages 🖍️

The number of photos per page depends on the layout you pick.

Each page can hold between 1 and 20 photos 📸 — except for the cover page, which only allows one photo.

So technically, you can include:

up to 281 photos in a Mini or Classic journal
up to 401 photos in a Premium journal

I didn't receive my newspaper

You took the time to create a beautiful Tribu newspaper, but it hasn't arrived yet. Did something go wrong? 🧐

The first thing to do is go to the menu and click on “Albums” to check the status of your newspaper.

📍 What’s the status of your newspaper?

“In progress”: If you haven’t received your newspaper in PDF or can’t download it, make sure it’s not the 1st of the month yet. The generation might take 1–2 days. If not, contact us – it could be a technical error.
Not subscribed: Your newspaper wasn’t sent because you weren’t subscribed at the time of delivery. But don’t worry, we can recover it – just get in touch.
In delivery: If it’s the 10th of the month, give it a few more days 😊. If by the 15th there’s still no sign of your newspaper, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Delivered: If it’s the 15th and you haven’t received your newspaper, something probably went wrong. Let us know so we can help!

📬 Is the address correct? Before contacting us, please check:

That the recipient’s name and address are correct (Menu > Members & Recipients)
That the recipient didn’t mistake their first Tribu newspaper for advertising – it comes in a white envelope with the Tribu T on it ✉️

* If your elderly relative lives in a retirement home, check with the staff there.
