🎁 How it works

Share your referral code with a friend, colleague, cousin, or neighbor.
They subscribe to Tribu for the first time using this code.
Your referral immediately gets 10% off their subscription.
And you receive euros to use as a voucher anywhere on Tribu!

👉 Note: the code works only for new subscriptions (not for renewals or for yourself 😉).

🪙 How many euros do I earn?

The amount depends on what your referral pays: you receive 10% of the amount spent, in euros.
For example, if they pay €100, you get €10.
You’ll receive an email each time your code is used and you earn credits.

🔍 Where can I find my referral code?

You received it when you subscribed to your first Tribu.
Otherwise, you can find it anytime in the menu under “Referral Program”.
Copy, share, and you’re good to go!

💸 What can I do with my euros?

Your euros accumulate automatically, and you can convert them into a voucher anytime:

Choose an amount (e.g., €20, €50, €100…)
You receive a discount code valid for any product on Tribu
The code is also available in your history (in case you accidentally delete it)

How to finish / validate my journal?

|| This article only applies if you have a journal printed every month (Mini, Classic or Premium).

Finish your journal before 11:59 pm on the last day of the month and it will be automatically validated and printed! 🎉

Our system works month by month. The whole Tribu has until the last day of the month at 11:59 pm (France/Belgium time) to edit the journal. Then, if your Tribu has a valid subscription and you have filled in enough pages (at least 4 pages for a Mini or a Classic, 10 for a Premium), your journal is sent to your archives and printed for delivery!

How many photos can I add to a my journal / pages ?

I have a "Journal de famille" (Mini) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 16 pages (15 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 10 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 141 photos (181 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Journal de famille" (Classique) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 16 pages (15 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 281 photos (361 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Journal de famille" (Premium) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 24 pages (20 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 381 photos (541 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Year Album" subscription

Your journal has, by default, 11 pages (10 customizable). You can add pages up to a total of 22.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 441 photos if you add the maximum number of pages.

Is Tribu available on Android and iOS?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Tribu is available on iPhone and iPad (App Store) and on Android (Google Play).

With the app, you create your journal and add your photos and texts wherever you are.

On a computer, you can use the online editor.

Do I need the app to use Tribu?

No. You can also create your journal from the online editor (editor.mytribunews.com), on a computer. On a smartphone, use the app: the online editor is designed for large screens (learn more).

Can I switch between the app and the web?

Yes. Everything is synced between the app and the online editor, as well as with all the members of your Tribu. What you add appears everywhere.

Is the app paid?

No. Downloading the app and creating an account is free. You only pay to physically receive your journal, album or book. You can even try it for free: layout, photo import, inviting a loved one.

I didn't receive my journal

Accepted Answer

You took the time to create a beautiful Tribu journal, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Is there a problem somewhere?

The first thing to do is go to the menu and click on “Journals” to check the status of your journal.

What is the status of your journal?

Learn more about the statuses.

If the status is “Generating”: If you haven’t received your PDF journal or can’t download it, check that it’s not the 1st of the month. The generation process can take 1–2 days. Otherwise, contact us, as it is probably a technical issue.
In delivery: If today is the 10th of the month, please wait a few more days. If it’s the 15th and you still haven’t received your journal, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Estimated delivery date: If you haven’t received your journal by the 15th, something is wrong. Contact us so we can find a solution.
It does not appear: Your journal was not sent. This may be due to a missing address, an incomplete journal, or because you weren’t subscribed at the time of the journal’s release. Contact us for more details.

How to join / find a Tribu ?

To join a Tribu, a member must invite you by sending a link (via email, WhatsApp, etc.).
👉 Then click on that link.

If it’s your first visit, you’ll need to create an account (by providing your email and a password), and you will automatically join the Tribu you were invited to.
If you already have an account, simply log in (do not create a new account), and you’ll have access to both Tribus from the same account 👍
