Q: Can the journal be delivered to several addresses / recipients?

Yes, absolutely! You can choose to receive one or more copies of your journal each month. Go to Subscriptions and click on “Add a recipient” in your user area. | 💡 Each additional recipient corresponds to an extra subscription (and therefore an extra printed journal 📬). <h6 id="10fromthe2ndrecipient">🎁 –10% from the 2nd recipient!</h6> Because memories are even better when shared 💌 Each additional recipient automatically receives 10% off their subscription.

How to finish / submit my journal to be printed ?

I have a "Family Journal" subscription (Mini, Classic, or Premium), printed at the end of the month

Our system works on a monthly basis. The entire Tribu has until the last day of the month at 23:59 (France/Belgium time) to edit the journal.
Then, if your Tribu has an active subscription and you have filled in enough pages, your journal will be sent to your archives and printed for delivery!

Finish your journal before 23:59 on the last day of the month and it will be automatically validated and printed! 🎉

I have a "Year Album" subscription

The Year Album subscription is automatically for a full year, from January to December.

Our system works on a monthly basis. The entire Tribu has until the last day of the month at 23:59 (France/Belgium time) to edit the pages for that month's journal.
Then, if you have filled in enough pages, your journal will be sent to your archives!

Finish your journal before 23:59 on the last day of the month and it will be automatically validated! 🎉

⚠️ You are considered "late" if:

You are creating an album for a past year
You start this year’s Year Album after January
You are up to date with your monthly editions but did not finish your journal before the end of the month (read the full article)

If you are "late", your goal is to complete your past journals as quickly as possible to get back into Tribu’s usual and comfortable rhythm: one jour

How many photos can I add to a my journal / pages ?

I have a "Journal de famille" (Mini) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 16 pages (15 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 10 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 141 photos (181 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Journal de famille" (Classique) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 16 pages (15 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 281 photos (361 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Journal de famille" (Premium) subscription, printed at the end of the month

Your journal has, by default, 24 pages (20 customizable). You can add +4 or +8 pages.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 381 photos (541 if you add 8 pages).

I have a "Year Album" subscription

Your journal has, by default, 11 pages (10 customizable). You can add pages up to a total of 22.
Each page can hold up to 20 photos (except the first cover page, which holds only one).
In total, you can add up to 441 photos if you add the maximum number of pages.

I didn't receive my journal

You took the time to create a beautiful Tribu journal, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Is there a problem somewhere?

The first thing to do is go to the menu and click on “Journals” to check the status of your journal.

What is the status of your journal?

Learn more about the statuses.

If the status is “Generating”: If you haven’t received your PDF journal or can’t download it, check that it’s not the 1st of the month. The generation process can take 1–2 days. Otherwise, contact us, as it is probably a technical issue.
In delivery: If today is the 10th of the month, please wait a few more days. If it’s the 15th and you still haven’t received your journal, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Estimated delivery date: If you haven’t received your journal by the 15th, something is wrong. Contact us so we can find a solution.
It does not appear: Your journal was not sent. This may be due to a missing address, an incomplete journal, or because you weren’t subscribed at the time of the journal’s release. Contact us for more details.

How to join / find a Tribu ?

To join a Tribu, a member must invite you by sending a link (via email, WhatsApp, etc.).
👉 Then click on that link.

If it’s your first visit, you’ll need to create an account (by providing your email and a password), and you will automatically join the Tribu you were invited to.
If you already have an account, simply log in (do not create a new account), and you’ll have access to both Tribus from the same account 👍
