Why can't I see my album anymore?
Don't worry, your album has not disappeared! There may be several reasons:
It is the beginning of the month, i.e. the 1st or 2nd of the month. Indeed, as soon as the deadline for the creation of the album has passed, the album is being generated, i.e. it is generated in pdf format to be sent to print. Generating thousands of albums takes time, which is why you will have to wait a day or two to find your album in the "newspapers" tab. Don't panic!
You are logged in with a different email address.
Your Tribu-families are linked to your email address. If you log in with another email address, we cannot link to your existing Tribus.
This often happens when you change the way you log in: you used to log in with Facebook and now you have logged in with the google connect or apple connect button. If your Facebook email address is not the same as on google or apple, it has created a new Tribu account
=> to see with which email address you are connected, go to menu > my information, or on mobile, click on the icon with a character.
=> If it is not the same email address that you receive emails from Tribu...log in again with the other email address
You're in the* wrong Tribu family**. If you have more than one Tribu, it is possible that the newspaper you have created is in another Tribu. In this case, click on "menu" and go back to the right Tribu.

Either way, nothing is lost. We can still retrieve an old newspaper and send it to you as a pdf. However, it is no longer possible to modify it.
