What if I forget to fill in my newspaper?

Aaaaah, it’s the 1st, and you totally forgot to make your newspaper

You got the email reminders, the notifications, and even those sweet little messages from your family... but still, this month, it slipped your mind.

No worries — we’re only human, we get it. We've messed up once too 😉

We’ve got 2 options for you:

Option 1: Don’t send a newspaper this month and extend your subscription by one month.

Option 2: Create 2 newspapers next month

Here’s how it works: we’ll schedule an extra print run in the middle of the month (around the 17th). So you can:

create one newspaper between the 1st and the 17th

on the 17th, we’ll print that newspaper and update its title to reflect the previous month (yep, we’ve got that covered 😎)

from the 17th until the end of the month, you can create the current month’s newspaper (try not to forget this time — or you might fall into a never-ending cycle 🙈)

How do you sign up for one of these options?

There are two possible situations:

1. Your newspaper is completely empty

In that case, it won’t be printed. You’ll receive an email offering these options — just fill out the form linked in that message and you're all set 📩

2. Your newspaper has a few pages, or it's not quite finished the way you want

In that case, we’ll still send it to print by default, so you need to let us know if you want us to stop it.

⏰ You usually have until the 1st at 10:30am to block printing. After that, it’s out of our hands.

👉 So if that’s your case, drop us an email or a message in the chat before 10:30am on the 1st.

Pssst: If you forget to let us know before the deadline, you can still go for the “2 newspapers in one month” option — but not for free.
Since two newspapers will actually be printed and shipped, we’ll either charge you for the extra one or shorten your subscription by one month. Totally your choice 😊
