How do I delete a photo?

To delete a photo, simply click on it and then:

📳 If you're on a phone, tap "Delete"

🖥 If you're on a computer, click the trash bin icon

Note: You don't have to delete your photos at the end of the month. They're automatically saved — and each new month, they’re stored in a new folder. So no risk of mixing up photos 😉

We keep your photos so you can reprint your Journal if it's ever lost, not delivered, or damaged 📬

It’s also necessary to be able to print your Recap Album later on.

That’s why there’s no option to delete all your photos at once.

🗑️ If you delete a photo, it’s permanently gone.

So if your Journal ever needs to be converted to a PDF again (for a reprint, for example), the spot for that photo will be empty.

They are only stored in our secure internal databases.

No external copies, and access is strictly controlled.
