First of all, are you in the right Tribu?
Indeed, if you have several Tribus, you have to check that you are going to add the member(s) in the right one.
In the menu, the Tribu in bold is the one you are in!
Each member can invite others by clicking on "Our family" in the menu.
After clicking on "invite a new member", you can choose how you want to invite a member to your Tribu.
As soon as the invited member clicks on this link, he is invited to create an account (if it is his first visit) and then automatically joins the Tribu in question.
