How to change my subscription type ?
This article only applies if you have a journal printed every month (Mini, Classic or Premium).
I have a "Year Album" subscription
You cannot change your subscription type on your own. Contact us if you would like to do so.
I have a "Family Journal" subscription (Mini, Classic or Premium), printed every month
Once subscribed, it is possible to switch
- From a Mini to a Classic
- From a Classic to a Premium
- From a Mini to a Premium
Go to Menu > Subscription and select "Adapt the subscription" ⚙️
I don't have a subscription (yet)
As long as you are not subscribed, you can change the type of journal (and therefore the type of subscription) whenever you like
📱 On mobile, go to Menu (👤 tab) > Change the journal type
