What is the status of my journal?

It’s the current progress of your journal. It tells you exactly where your journal is in the process.

To check it, click on “Journals” and see what is shown for each month.

"In progress": This means you are still editing your journal to make it AMAZING. It has not yet been generated, sent, or delivered.
"Generating": This means your journal is being generated into a PDF (and sent to the printer, for a family journal). Since thousands of journals are generated at the end of each month, you will receive your PDF on the 1st or 2nd of the following month.
"Delivering": Between the 1st and the 10th of the month, your journal is on its way to its final destination. Our journals usually take about 10 days to arrive. This is an average, so journals may arrive on the 9th, 11th, or even the 12th or 13th. If it’s not yet the 10th, it’s normal that you haven’t received your journal yet.
"Estimated delivery date": On the 11th of the month, your journal should have arrived and is ready to do its “job”: create joy!
