What is the status of my album?

What does "status" mean?

This shows exactly how far along your album is.

To find out how far along your album is, click on "Archives" and look at what it says in the "status" column.

The different statuses of my album:

In creation: this means that you are in the process of editing your album to make it WONDERFUL. It is not yet generated, sent or delivered.
In the process of being generated: this means that your album is being generated as a pdf and sent to the printer. As there are thousands of albums to be generated at the end of the month, you will receive your album in pdf on the 1st or 2nd of the following month.
Not subscribed: You were not a subscriber when the album was generated.
In progress: between the 1st and the 10th of the month, your album is on its way to its final destination. Our albums take an average of 10 days to arrive at their destination. Unfortunately, this is an average and it is possible that the album arrives on the 9th, 11th, or even the 12th or 13th. If the 10th of the month has not yet passed, it is normal that you have not yet received your album.
Delivered: The 10th of the month has passed, and your diary has arrived at its destination to do its "job": create joy!
Incomplete: An incomplete album is one that is less than 4 pages in total (i.e. 2 pages + the two cover pages). In this case, we do not print the album, because we think that an empty album is worse than no album at all.
