What if I forget to fill in my journal?

Aaaaah, it's the first of the month and you completely forgot to create your journal.

You did receive reminder emails, notifications, and little messages from your loved ones, but still, this month slipped by.

Don't worry, we're human too — we’ve forgotten once ourselves 😉

This behavior depends on the type of subscription you have chosen: mini-classic-premium or annual album

If you have a subscription with a journal printed at the end of the month (mini-classic-premium)

We offer 2 solutions in this case:

Option 1: Don’t send a journal this month and extend your subscription by one month.

Option 2: Create 2 journals next month

For that, we plan a mid-month print (around the 17th). You can:

finish your journal before the mid-month print
On the 17th, we print this journal and adjust its title to match the previous month (yes, we thought of everything 😎)
From the 17th to the end of the month, you can create the journal for the current month (try not to forget this time 🙈)

You can:

request it in advance by clicking "validate the journal" (in the journal options on mobile)
request it via the pop-up on your app on the first day of the month
if your journal is too incomplete to be printed, you will receive an email offering one of these solutions.

If you have an Annual Album subscription

In this case:

Either you are already "behind" (= there are past journals not yet archived), which doesn’t change anything; you can finalize your journals as usual [ more info here

If you had completed all your journals up to now:

you go into "behind schedule" mode and can at any time "finish your journal" => more info here
If you prefer deadlines, you can also register for the journal to be automatically sent to your archives during our mid-month print

In this second case, you can:

request it in advance by clicking "validate the journal" (in the journal options on mobile)
request it via the pop-up on your app on the first day of the month
if your journal is too incomplete to be printed, you will receive an email offering one of these solutions.
