What if I forget to fill in my journal?

It’s the 1st of the month and you forgot to fill in your pages for the month? Don’t worry.

I have a "Family Journal" subscription (Mini, Classic or Premium), printed at the end of the month

You have two options:

Option 1: Skip this month’s journal and extend my subscription by one month

In this case, we block the journal for the current month and add one month at the end of your subscription.

Option 2: Make two journals next month

We plan a catch-up printing in the middle of the month (usually around the 17th).

1. You can complete the journal you didn’t have time to finish before the catch-up printing.
2. Mid-month, we print the journal, adjust the title to match the current month, and unlock the editor. Your journal is then available in your archives.
3. You can then start creating the next month’s journal and be up to date!

How to sign up for one of these options?

As long as the journal hasn’t been printed, you can request catch-up printing in several ways:

• Before the end of the month, by clicking "Validate journal" (in the app or on your computer)
• On the 1st of the month, via the message that appears in the editor
• On the 1st of the month, via an email from Carlos, if you haven’t filled in enough of your journal
• On the 1st of the month, via your user area, by clicking here

I have a "Year Album" subscription

In this case, you switch to "late" mode. You can finish your journal at any time.
