The members of my Tribu can't see the pages I have made
Several reasons may explain why members of your Tribu do not see your changes or the pages you have created.
🧐 Are you in the same Tribu?
If you belong to multiple Tribus, it is possible that you are editing the journal of another Tribu. In this case, return to the correct Tribu.
- On a computer, click the name of your Tribu at the top left to switch Tribus
- On the app, go to the editor tab (📖) and click the name of the Tribu at the top left
- On the app, go to the menu tab (👤) > Change Tribu
🔄 Have the members of your Tribu refreshed the page they are on?
- On a computer, refresh the page to update it
- On the app, go to the editor tab (📖) and click the 🔄 icon at the top right
@ Are the members of your Tribu logged in with the correct email?
Tribu members are identified by their email address. If a member logs in with an email different from the one we know, we cannot link it to the existing account. This can happen if the user changes their login method (for example, using Apple login instead of Google login).
Check your login email:
- On a computer, click User Space > My Information
- On the app, go to the menu tab (👤) > My Information
If this is not your usual login email, log out and log back in with the correct one.
