I didn't receive my journal


You took the time to create a beautiful Tribu journal, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Is there a problem somewhere?


The first thing to do is go to the menu and click on “Journals” to check the status of your journal.


What is the status of your journal?

  • If the status is “Generating”: If you haven’t received your PDF journal or can’t download it, check that it’s not the 1st of the month. The generation process can take 1–2 days. Otherwise, contact us, as it is probably a technical issue.
  • In delivery: If today is the 10th of the month, please wait a few more days. If it’s the 15th and you still haven’t received your journal, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue.
  • Estimated delivery date: If you haven’t received your journal by the 15th, something is wrong. Contact us so we can find a solution.
  • It does not appear: Your journal was not sent. This may be due to a missing address, an incomplete journal, or because you weren’t subscribed at the time of the journal’s release. Contact us for more details.


The estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your journal?


Before contacting us, please check:

  • That the recipient’s name and address are correct (Menu > Members and Recipients)
  • That the recipient hasn’t mistaken their first Tribu journal for junk mail. It is delivered in a white envelope with the Tribu “T” on it.
  • If your recipient lives in a retirement home, check with the staff internally.
