I didn't receive my album

You took the time to make a beautiful Tribu album but it hasn't arrived yet. Was there a problem somewhere?

The first thing to do is to go to the menu and click on "Archives", to check the status of your album.

What is the status of your album?

To find out what the status of your album is, I invite you to read the article "What is the status of my album" by clicking here

If your status is "in the process of being generated": if you have not received your album in pdf or if you cannot download it, check that it is not the 1st of the month. Indeed, the generation can take 1-2 days. If not, contact us as it is probably a technical error.
Not subscribed: your album was not sent because you were not a subscriber when the album was sent. However, we can retrieve it, just contact us.
In progress: if it is the 10th of the month, please wait a few more days. If on the 15th of the month you still haven't heard from your album, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can sort it out.
Delivered: if you have not received your album on the 15th of the month, there is a problem somewhere. Please contact us so that we can find a solution.

Is the address correct? Before contacting us, please check
That the name and address of the recipient are correct (menu > shipping information)
That the recipient has not mistaken his first Tribu for advertising. It comes in a white envelope with the Tribu T on it.
And if your senior lives in a nursing home, check with the staff there.
