I can't upload my photos

Here are the reasons that can explain import issues and how to fix them.

It's not a standard image format

We handle all standard image formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, HEIC, ...

Formats like MP4, PDF, or RAW are not intended for transmitting images. In that case, the import will not work.

There are plenty of converters available online.

You are no longer connected

If you have been on a web/app page for a long time, there may be a loss of connection between your page and our servers. You might feel like you are still connected when you are not. Try refreshing the page, closing the app, or logging out and back in, then try again.

You have no internet or the connection is very (very) slow

If your internet is very slow and the image is large, it is possible that the image upload does not go as expected.

Try moving closer to a WiFi connection, using 4G / 5G, or uploading photos one by one.

To check your connection speed, run a test here: https://www.speedtest.net

If you are below 30 MB/s download and below 5 Mb/s upload, it means your connection is among the slowest.
