How do I stop the renewal of my subscription?

By default, your subscription will renew automatically on the expiry date.

If you want to stop the renewal, here's how:

Click on the menu and go to the "Subscription" tab.

On the "Subscription" page, click on "stop automatic renewal".

Please note! Only the subscriber (the person who paid for the subscription) can choose to deactivate or reactivate the automatic renewal.
