I didn't receive my newspaper

You took the time to create a beautiful Tribu newspaper, but it hasn't arrived yet. Did something go wrong? 🧐

The first thing to do is go to the menu and click on “[Albums](https://editor.mytribunews.com/dashboard/archives)” to check the status of your newspaper.

📍 What’s the status of your newspaper?

“In progress”: If you haven’t received your newspaper in PDF or can’t download it, make sure it’s not the 1st of the month yet. The generation might take 1–2 days. If not, contact us – it could be a technical error.
Not subscribed: Your newspaper wasn’t sent because you weren’t subscribed at the time of delivery. But don’t worry, we can recover it – just get in touch.
In delivery: If it’s the 10th of the month, give it a few more days 😊. If by the 15th there’s still no sign of your newspaper, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Delivered: If it’s the 15th and you haven’t received your newspaper, something probably went wrong. Let us know so we can help!

📬 Is the address correct? Before contacting us, please check:

That the recipient’s name and address are correct (Menu > Members & Recipients)
That the recipient didn’t mistake their first Tribu newspaper for advertising – it comes in a white envelope with the Tribu T on it ✉️
If your elderly relative lives in a retirement home, check with the staff there.
