Timeline of your Tribu journal / pages

📬 How a Tribu journal “lives” depends on whether your Tribu is subscribed or not.

The only difference between a subscribed Tribu and a non-subscribed Tribu is that the journal of a subscribed Tribu will be generated at the end of the month 📅.

I have a "Family Journal" subscription

📌 If the Tribu is not (yet) subscribed

📆 During the month:

• You import your photos
• You edit your journal

🔁 When the month changes:

• 🕛 On the 1st of the month at 00:00:01, the journal for the new month becomes available in your interface.

You can no longer edit the previous month’s journal.

If it was filled and you forgot to subscribe, we can retrieve it as-is and send it, just ask us 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️.

Photos imported the previous month are still usable ✅

✅ If the Tribu is subscribed

📆 During the month:

• You import your photos
• You edit your journal

🔁 When the month changes:

• 🕛 On the 1st of the month at 00:00:01, the journal for the new month becomes available in your interface.

You can no longer edit the previous month’s journal unless you postpone its printing.

• During the night, your journal is added to your archives in PDF format 📄 (the process starts at midnight sharp, but generation may take some time ⏳).
• Once all journals are converted to PDF, we send them to print.
• Journals are delivered between the 9th and 15th of the month, depending on your country, business days, and local postal service speed.
• Photos imported the previous month remain available as long as you don’t delete your Tribu account.

Why might a journal not be printed?

• 📭 Missing address: in this case, we email you to ask for it, and the journal will be sent with the next printing.
• Journal not filled enough:

If a journal has fewer than 4 pages filled, we may decide not to send it.

I have a "Year Album" subscription

In this case, you also have until the last day of the month at 11:59 PM to create your pages.

In some cases, your status may be "late" and you can create your monthly editions without worrying about this deadline.
