What if I forget to fill in my journal?

It's the 1st of the month and you forgot to fill in your pages of the month? Don't panic.

I have a "printed journal" subscription (Mini, Classic or Premium), printed at the end of the month

Two options are available:

Option 1: don't send a journal this month and extend my subscription by one month

In that case, we block the journal concerned and add one month to the end of your subscription.

Option 2: make two journals next month

We plan a catch-up print in the middle of the month (usually around the 17th).

1. You can catch up on the journal you did not have time to complete before the catch-up print.
2. In the middle of the month, we print the journal, adjust the title so it matches the current month and free up the editor. Your journal is then available in your archives.
3. You can then start creating the journal for the following month: you're up to date!

How do I sign up for one of these options?

As long as the journal has not been printed, you can request the catch-up print in several ways:

• Before the end of the month, by clicking "Validation of the journal" (in the app or on your computer)
• On the 1st of the month, via the message that appears in the editor
• On the 1st of the month, via an email from Carlos, if you had not filled in your journal enough
• On the 1st of the month, via your user dashboard, by clicking here
