I do not see the “live chat” function.
Several reasons may explain this situation:
- No member of our team is currently online.
In this case, the easiest way is to contact us by email at info@mytribunews.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- An ad blocker is preventing the chat from working.
Some browsers block our messaging module by default.
👉 To fix the issue, add mytribunews.com and app.mytribunews.com to the list of allowed sites in your ad blocker settings.
✅ Once these steps are completed, the chat should work normally.
