When is the journal delivered?

This article only applies if you have a journal printed every month (Mini, Classic or Premium).

Our system works month by month. The whole Tribu has until the last day of the month, 11:59 pm (France/Belgium time) to edit the journal.
The next day, we generate the digital version of the journal (PDF), and it is sent by email to all members of the Tribu.
Then we print it and send it by mail. On average, the journal arrives around the 11th at your loved ones' home (France, Belgium, Germany). Outside these countries, delivery may take longer.

A tracking link for your shipment is available in the app and is also sent to you by email.

The delays shown are average estimates in working days. Variations may occur depending on carriers, the time of year (holidays…) or events beyond our control.

Year Album, Recap Album and Baby Book

Year Albums, Recap Albums and Baby Books are all printed on the 10th of the month and delivered by the 20th at the latest.
