# Why can't I see my journal / pages anymore?

You can’t see your journal anymore? There are several possible reasons:

1. It’s the 1st day of the month, and your journal is being converted into a PDF, on its way to your Journals - Archives. Thousands of journals are generated at the same time, so this can take a day or two.
2. You are logged in with a different email address.
3. You are in the wrong Tribu.

### How do I check which email I’m logged in with?

Tribu members are identified by their email address. If you log in with a different email than the one we have on record, we cannot link it to the existing account.

||| This often happens when you change your login method: for example, you usually log in with Google, but this time you used “Apple Connect.” If the email addresses don’t match, a new Tribu account is created.

Check your login email:

* On desktop, go to User Area > My Information
* On the app, open the Menu tab (👤) > My Information

If this isn’t your usual login email, log out and log in again with the correct one.

### How do I check that I’m in the correct Tribu?

If you have multiple Tribus, the journal you’re looking for may be in another one.

* On desktop, click the name of your Tribu in the top left to switch Tribu
* On the app, go to the Editor tab (📖) and click the Tribu name at the top left
* On the app, go to the Menu tab (👤) > Switch Tribu

|| In any case, your journal is not lost. We can always recover an old journal and send it to you as a PDF / reprint it!
