# Timeline of your Tribu journal / pages

|| This article only applies if you have a journal printed every month (Mini, Classic or Premium).

👉 The Year Album and Baby Book sections further down summarize their calendar.

📬 How a Tribu journal lives depends on whether your Tribu is subscribed or not.
The only thing that differs between a subscribed Tribu and a non-subscribed Tribu is that the journal of a subscribed Tribu will be **generated at the end of the month** 📅.

### I have a "printed journal" subscription (printed at the end of the month)

###### 📌 If the Tribu is not (yet) subscribed

📆 During the month:
* You import your photos
* You adapt the journal

🔁 At the change of month
* 🕛 On the 1st of the month at 00:00:01, the journal of the **new month** becomes available in your interface.

So you can **no longer edit the journal of the previous month**.
If it was filled in and you forgot to subscribe, we can **retrieve it as it is and send it**, just ask us 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️.
Photos imported the previous month can still be used ✅

###### ✅ If the Tribu is subscribed

📆 During the month:
* You import your photos
* You adapt the journal

🔁 At the change of month
* 🕛 On the 1st of the month at 00:00:01, the journal of the **new month** becomes available in your interface.

So you can no longer edit the journal of the previous month, unless you [postpone its printing](https://faq.mytribunews.com/en/article/can-i-postpone-the-printing-of-my-journal-1us4kea/).
* During the night, your journal arrives in your archives as a **PDF** 📄 (the process starts at **midnight sharp**, but generation takes a little time ⏳).
* When all journals have been turned into PDFs, we send them to print.
* Journals are delivered **between the 9th and the 15th of the month**, depending on the country you live in, working days and the speed of your local post.
* Photos imported the previous month remain available as long as you do not delete your Tribu account.

**Why might a journal not be printed?**
* 📭 **The address is missing**: in that case, we send you an email asking you to add it, then we will send the journal at the next print run.
* **The journal is not filled in enough**: if a journal contains **fewer than 4 filled-in pages**, we decide **not to send it**.
📬 We then send you an email and offer you several solutions.

### I have a "Year Album" subscription (no monthly printing)

In this case, you also have until the last day of the month, 11:59 pm, to create your pages of the month.
In some cases, you have the "late" status and can create your monthly editions without taking this deadline into account.

### I have a Baby Book

The Baby Book works differently from monthly journals: there is no automatic printing and no deadline 📖

**📆 While creating it:**
The Baby Book is organized month by month, to help you tell your baby's first memories step by step 👶
But you are completely free to use it at your own pace:
* You can complete several months at once
* You can come back to a month later
* You don't have to complete every month
You import your photos, customize your pages and organize your book freely 💛

⏳ There is no time limit to finish your Baby Book. We even recommend starting it during pregnancy to keep the very first memories, emotions and important moments from the beginning of the adventure ✨

**✅ When your Baby Book is finished**
You click "Close my book" to validate your project.
Baby Books are printed on the 10th of each month. They are then delivered by the 20th at the latest, depending on your country and the speed of your local post.
