# I have been asked to download the app while I am on a computer

If you see this page, it’s because your screen is too small to fully enjoy the web editor’s features. This happens when you’re on a smartphone or, in this case, when your computer screen is zoomed in or the window is too small.

Here are a few solutions: 
* Press the Ctrl and - keys (Windows) or Command and - (Mac) at the same time.
* Hold down the Ctrl key and scroll your mouse wheel simultaneously.
