I don't find my Tribu

If you can’t find your Tribu, there could be several reasons:

  1. You’re not logged in with the correct email.
  2. You accidentally left the Tribu.
  3. You have multiple Tribus and are not on the right one.
  4. You haven’t been invited to the Tribu yet.


✅ Are you logged in with the correct email?


You can log out and then log back in with your usual email (the one where you receive emails from "Carlos from Tribu"). Make sure you are logged in with the email address where you receive Tribu messages.


On desktop
  • Go to User Area > My information
  • Check the email address
  • Not your usual address? Log out.


On the app
  • Go to Menu tab (👤) > My information
  • Check the email address
  • Not your usual address? Log out.


👋 Did you leave the Tribu by mistake?


If you were removed from the Tribu, you need to be re-invited by a member.

They can send you a personalized invitation link.

Simply click the link to rejoin your Tribu.

🧩 Do you have multiple Tribus?


You might be logged into a different Tribu than the one you’re looking for.

Check which Tribu you are in:

  • On mobile: click the Tribu name at the top left, or go to Menu (👤 tab) > Switch Tribu
  • On desktop: click the Tribu name at the top left


🆕 Have you never had access to the Tribu?


In this case, you must be invited by a member of the Tribu.

As soon as a member sends you an invitation link, click it.

  • If you aren’t logged in yet or don’t have an account, you’ll be prompted to create an account (or log in if you already have one).
  • Once your account is created and validated, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Tribu with no further steps required. 🎉
