# I do not see the “live chat” function.

**Several reasons may explain this situation:**

* **No member of our team is currently online.**  
In this case, the easiest way is to contact us by email at **info@mytribunews.com** and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

* **An ad blocker is preventing the chat from working.**  
Some browsers block our messaging module by default.  
👉 To fix the issue, add **mytribunews.com** and **app.mytribunews.com** to the list of allowed sites in your ad blocker settings.

✅ Once these steps are completed, the chat should work normally.
