# How to add an extra recipient

|| This article only applies if you have a journal printed every month (Mini, Classic or Premium).

* Go to your user dashboard: Menu - Subscriptions
* Click "add a recipient"
* Enter your recipient's details or select them from the list.
* At the end of the month, your journal will also be sent to this second address

|| The price is calculated automatically based on the number of months remaining in the initial subscription!

### 💰 How much does it cost to add a recipient?
Our costs are mainly related to printing and sending the journals.
Adding a new recipient therefore costs the same as a new subscription, **with a 10% discount from the second reader.**

#### 💡 Example 1 — From the start

| 1st recipient | Classic (1 year) | €119.40 | €119.40 |
| 2nd recipient | Classic (1 year) | €119.40 → **–10% = €107.46** | **€226.86** |

#### 💡 Example 2 — During a subscription

| January | Classic subscription (1 year) | €9.95 × 12 = €119.40 | €119.40 |
| March | Adding a 2nd reader (10 months left) | (€9.95 × 10) –10% | **€89.55** |

🕒 The subscription end date of the 2nd recipient will be the same as for the 1st recipient.
